Who is Sarah Evans?
Sarah grew up in Plymouth, then read a music degree at Durham University.
Sarah continued with non professional music and trained to be a computer programmer.
Sarah worked for the Automobile Association for 12 years, ending up as a business analyst.
After moving to Wiltshire in 1999 she started training for ordination in 2005. After ordination in 2008 Sarah served a four year curacy in the Gauzebrook Benefice which included a six-month placement as a chaplain at Prospect Hospice in Wroughton.
In 2012 she was licensed as Team Vicar of the By Brook Benefice and Associate Minister of North Wraxall.
In February 2017 Sarah became Cathedral Chaplain, a varied job including pastoral care, home and hospital visits.
